Dustin's MBA (Healthcare Specialization) studies at Oklahoma Christian University as well as his International Coaching Federation training through the Human Potential Institute buttressed his practical "in-the-trenches" experience as a nationally recognized strength and conditioning educator, and entrepreneur. He passed all examinations and certification requirements to become a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach in Spring of 2019.
Dustin stays updated with the latest trends in productivity optimization, applied performance psychology and cutting-edge training science through his affiliation with Gallup (CliftonStrengths) the Human Potential Institute (HPI), StrongFirst and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Dustin lives with his wife of two decades and young son in Tulsa. He transitioned into coaching after falling into full kidney failure. Dustin used the time on dialysis to hone his determination, practice patience and refine his coaching craft. He is set to receive a kidney transplant in the summer of 2019. Inspired by his time as a end-stage renal disease patient he founded KidneyKoach.com to serve where a need was seen.
