Dustin Rippetoe is a human potential coach and entrepreneurial success consultant. He helps small business owners and mid-career professionals navigate stress, build optimal lifestyles and live closer to their ultimate potential. With more than 20 years of experience in wellness education, executive leadership and small business ownership, Dustin brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his coaching work. In addition to being an experienced performance coach and nationally-recognized strength and conditioning educator (StrongFirst Elite/Team Leader, NSCA: CSCS, CPT and T-SAC), Dustin draws on his many years as owner-operator of Silverleaf Shotgun Sports to provide insight, strategies and support to clients. In his twenty years at Silverleaf he managed every level of the small business experience; from concept to daily management and administration to the successfully selling of the business in October of 2018. Dustin’s MBA (Healthcare Specialization) studies at Oklahoma Christian University as well as his apprenticeship to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) through the Human Potential Institute (HPI) buttressed his practical “in-the-trenches” experience as a nationally recognized strength and conditioning educator, and small business owner. He also keeps updated with the latest trends in productivity optimization, applied performance psychology, and cutting-edge training science through his affiliations with the Human Potential Institute (HPI), International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), and StrongFirst/NSCA, respectively. He is an accomplished speaker, writer and teacher and has written numerous programs, articles and curricula on physical wellbeing and human performance. He has also presented and/or taught at a national and state level for StrongFirst and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Despite his demanding coaching career, Dustin makes time to be involved with community and professional organizations. He is a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Human Potential Institute (HPI) as well as the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) and still serves as a Team Leader for the StrongFirst Organization. Dustin lives in Tulsa with his wife of near two decades and young son. The dialysis and medical visits needed to manage his end-stage kidney disease currently dominate his hours not coaching. Dustin uses this time to hone his determination, practice patience and refine his coaching craft. He may be reached through directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
