Sessions

Sessions are 50-minutes and conducted via Zoom video call platform. The base schedule is every two-weeks. But other arrangements (in format and timing) can be made on a case-by-case basis.

These 10-minute accountability calls are ways to monitor progress and assure support. Usually these occur on the "off" weeks of sessions. Text and emails are effectively unlimited and included.
